Join us January 24–25, 2026 at YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain, NC for the 2026 Camp Regional Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience.

This year’s theme, The Tailgate, is all about community, energy, and showing up for each other because leadership is a team sport. It is an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside other emerging leaders from Y camps across the region.
